Reservation information
Conditions of reservation:
Reservation is made by prepayment for one night of the chosen apartment. Your prepayment is a part of a total payment for the apartment. But in case you do not arrive, prepayment is not returned. Reservation date cannot be moved. At day of the arrival you should pay the remaining amount for apartment rent. If the period of your rent exceeds 20 days you will receive a discount of 20%.
Reservation should be made not later than 10-15 days before your arrival.
How to reserve an apartment?
Please, send us an email letter with the following data:
- number of the apartment which you choose
- number of persons who will stay at apartments
- date of the arrival and departure
You will receive reservation comfirmation during 24 hours. When you receive reservation confirmation please make an advance payment to the amount of one day stay at the chosen apartment.
You can transfer money by Western Union

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the bank account. Account data can be obtained by phone
When you transfer money by Western Union please indicate your contacts (e-mail, telephone), and your passport information: last name, first name, patronymic name, your country and your town, secret digital code and amount of the transfer.
Attention!
Your reservation becomes effective after prepayment for one night. When we receive your prepayment we confirm your reservation and guarantee that the chosen apartment will wait for you.
The price of the apartment consists of - apartment rent;
- a bed, a bath towel, room slippers, a town telephone;
- apartments cleaning with changing once a week a bed linen, bath towels (additional cleaning is possible if agreed with the customer);
- our company services.
Settling time and time of departure from the apartments?
- settling time - 13:00
- departure time - 12:00
- If your appartments are not occupied you will have a possibility to arrive earlier and depart later but in this case one more day for apartment renting should be paid.
Home animals: - home animals are allowed not in all apartments
- in case you are going to arrive with an animal you should inform us beforehand and get our prior permission.
